OVERVIEW

This is the largest-scale multi-day event I have worked on in my career so far! The weekend of events included a VIP opening soiree, a classic Porsche exhibit, and a massive classic car showcase taking over the La Jolla coastline. I coordinated restaurant participation for the VIP soiree and Sunday VIP section, managed sponsorship for the luxury hospitality suites, organized staffing internally and externally for the entire week leading up to the event and the weekend itself, and helped with on-site setup, management, and breakdown.
