OVERVIEW

I was the lead producer for this tradeshow, which allowed me the flexibility to get creative with the client on their theme execution through activations, decor, and signage. Their theme for this event was rock n’ roll; some examples of theme integration include creation of a “Create Your Rockstar Name” station as a fun activation for attendees, a podcast-style setup for speaker interviews in front of a rock n’ roll step and repeat, themed food & drinks, record and cassette tape shaped awards, faux guitar amps as miscellaneous decor, and a concert marquee entrance sign.
